Ordering
As all items are made bespoke to order, please take care when placing your order, ensuring you have selected the right print finish and framing option. For further details on each of the options, please click here. If you are still uncertain, please email andy@andylegresley.com before placing your order.
If you wish to cancel your order once it has been placed, Andy Le Gresley Photography can give you a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel after 24 hours, but before we have delivered the item to you, we can only refund you 50% of the order value, as we will already have submitted your print order to our suppliers.
Delivery
Delivery is typically 3-4 weeks after the order is received, as each print is checked and signed before being sent to you. If you require your print sooner than this, please email andy@andylegresley.com, as it may be possible depending on the finish of the product. If the item is being delivered outside of the UK please add on an extra couple of days to the delivery estimate.
Delivery Charges
Delivery to addresses in the UK and Channel Islands is free.
If the item is to be delivered outside of the UK, please email andy@andylegresley.com to obtain confirmation of the delivery charge. The charge will vary depending on the item ordered and the location to which it is being sent.
Returns due to Damage
If, in the unlikely event, your product should arrive damaged, please email andy@andylegresley.com within 3 days of receiving the product. You will need to email photographic evidence of the damage so that Andy Le Gresley Photography can determine the best course of action.
If the item needs to be repaired, please return the item to Andy Le Gresley Photography at the following address:

The item should be returned in the same packaging in which it arrived and sent by Fedex/courier. Andy Le Gresley Photography will refund you for the cost of the courier. If you are based in Jersey, Andy Le Gresley will collect the item from you.
If the item needs to be replaced, there is no need to return the product, Andy Le Gresley Photography will simply send a replacement item.
In either case, Andy Le Gresley Photography will endeavour to send you the replacement or repaired item as soon as possible.
Returns due to Error
If in the unlikely event, Andy Le Gresley Photography should make an error and send you the wrong product, please email andy@andylegresley.com within 3 days of receiving it.
Depending on the nature of the product, Andy Le Gresley Photography may ask you to return the item. The item should be returned in the same packaging in which it arrived and Andy Le Gresley Photography will refund you for the cost of postage. Depending on the nature of the product Andy Le Gresley Photography will either ask you to return the item by courier or standard post. If you are based in Jersey, Andy Le Gresley will collect the item from you.
Andy Le Gresley Photography will endeavour to send you the correct item as soon as possible after receiving the returned item.
Other Returns
If, on receiving the item, you realise you have chosen the wrong product, unfortunately as all items are made bespoke to order, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. Therefore please take care when placing your order. If you are unsure about any of the details in respect of the print finish or framing options, please email andy@andylegresley.com before placing your order.
